Meet the Principal

Sharon Coleman is a seasoned Human Resources executive and strategist with more than 25 years of experience strengthening culture, transforming workplaces, and elevating the employee experience. As Principal of Coleman Strategy & Experience Group, she leads Human Resources Studio and Conference & Event Studio—partnering with organizations to deliver clarity, excellence, and meaningful outcomes.

Her background includes senior leadership roles across nonprofit, faith-based, and mission-driven organizations, including serving as Senior Vice President of Operations & Talent Strategy for a national financial services organization. She brings deep expertise in HR operations, talent strategy, leadership development, compliance, executive coaching, and culture transformation.

Sharon is also highly regarded for large-scale conference and event leadership, having directed conventions of more than 11,000 attendees while overseeing union labor, vendor partnerships, production teams, and complex multi-day logistics. As needed, she leads and collaborates with trusted HR and convention professionals to ensure each engagement is resourced appropriately and client expectations are exceeded.

She holds master’s degrees in Human Resources and Business Management and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, grounding her work in both practical experience and academic rigor. Based in the Indianapolis–Fishers area, she partners with organizations nationwide.

Her purpose is simple: to transform strategy into meaningful people experiences so organizations can serve well, lead well, and grow well.
